Refunds are only applicable for recorded classes purchased directly through our official platform.
To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Accessing or streaming more than 20% of the course content may void eligibility for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
The user has completed or downloaded the majority of the course.
The course was purchased during a promotional sale marked as non-refundable.
Technical issues are due to the user's device or internet connection.
Users may cancel their enrollment by contacting our support team at accamockmarathon@gmail.com.
Cancellation of access does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the eligibility criteria.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.
Refunds for bundled courses or subscription plans are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Partial refunds are not available for individual courses within a bundle.
In rare cases such as duplicate purchases or accidental transactions, users may contact support for review.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.
